Refund policy

Thank you for choosing The T House Wellness, Nourish & Thrive.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Due to the nature of many of our products, the following refund and replacement policy applies.
FROZEN FOOD PRODUCTS
Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, all frozen food sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preferences
• Packages left outside after delivery
• Delayed retrieval by the customer
• Improper storage after delivery
• Failure to refrigerate or freeze products promptly upon arrival
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Carrier delays beyond our control
• Theft, loss, or damage occurring after the carrier has confirmed delivery
Products may arrive frozen or partially thawed but still cold to the touch. This is normal and does not affect product quality or safety. Products may be refrozen immediately upon arrival.
REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS
If a frozen product arrives damaged, leaking, opened, or unsafe for consumption, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To review a claim, we may request:
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the shipping label
• A description of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
WELLNESS, FOOD, AND PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of food, wellness, and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Raw Honey
• Whipped Honey
• Tallow Products
• Tallow Creams
• Herbal Extracts
• Mushroom Extracts
• Sauces
• Personal Care Products
• Soaps
• Salts
• Other consumable products
If a wellness product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Claims submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Frozen food products
• Opened food products
• Opened wellness products
• Opened personal care products
• Gift cards
• Products showing signs of use or tampering
