FROZEN PRODUCTS
Our frozen products are carefully packaged and shipped to preserve quality during transit.
Upon delivery, customers should immediately refrigerate or freeze all frozen items.
Products may arrive frozen or partially thawed but still cold to the touch. This is normal and does not affect product quality or safety. Products can be refrozen immediately upon arrival.
IMPORTANT:
Do not leave packages outdoors, in direct sunlight, inside a mailbox, or unattended for extended periods after delivery.
The T House Wellness is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from:
• Packages left outside after delivery
• Delayed retrieval by the customer
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Improper storage after delivery
• Carrier delays beyond our control
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.
Frozen products are shipped using services selected to help maintain product quality during transit.
LARGE ORDERS
Shipping rates are optimized for standard order sizes. Orders exceeding standard package capacities may require additional shipping charges. If necessary, customers will be contacted before shipment.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
If products arrive warm, leaking, damaged, or unsafe for consumption, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs for review.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and make arrangements to receive frozen deliveries promptly.
WELLNESS PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of food, wellness, and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
If a wellness product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
The T House Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the information provided.
